Some sponsorships come with a business logo. Others come with a story – and this one comes with two very loved little dogs.

A HUGE Sweetpea thank you to Elizabeth Monaco for sponsoring Sweetpea F.O.R. Animals in honor of Stewart and Otis, two brothers who have each made their mark on one very lucky family.

Stewart spent 17 wonderful years with his mom, his favorite wormy and, eventually, a second mom. He grew up in Massachusetts before heading west for the California life.

He was always up for an adventure – dressing up in a costume, a boat ride, a day at the beach or afternoon beers. Stewart packed a whole lot of living and an incredible amount of love into those 17 years.

And then came Otis.

Stewart’s little brother and the newest addition to the family, Otis is happily carrying on the California lifestyle. He has two moms, loves boats and beach days, and apparently hasn’t gotten the memo that he’s a little dog — because some of his favorite playmates are much bigger than he is. 😂

Stewart may have left some pretty big paws to follow, but Otis is busy making his own adventures and adding a new chapter to the story.

We’re incredibly grateful to Elizabeth for sharing both of her boys with us and choosing to make them part of Sweetpea’s comeback.

Because that’s really what rebuilding Sweetpea is about: more animals getting the chance to have stories like Stewart’s and Otis’s – lives filled with family, adventures, ridiculous costumes, beach days and so much love.
